Choose our First Aid Refresher course to renew your First Aid Level 1, Level 2, or equivalent certification. We’ll provide you with the latest first aid information and techniques needed to take care of yourself and others in the home or workplace. You can take part of this course online - simply tick the box after adding your attendee details. Specific prerequisites: Must have a current First Aid Level 1, Level 2, Refresher, or equivalent certificate that is less than 2 years old. First aid courses are not refundable - please refer to our T's & C's for more details.

What you’ll gain

In only six-hours, our in-depth lessons and scenario-based activities will give you:

  • renewed confidence in being able to handle first aid emergencies
  • reacquaintance with first aid equipment, techniques, and practical skills along with any new methods and tips we’ve learned since your last training
  • a chance to complete the first half of this course online (just tick the box under each attendee who'd rather learn online than in class!)
  • a First Aid Refresher certificate is valid for 2 years upon successful completion

Prerequisites and restrictions

In order to offer this shorter, first aid re-certification opportunity, we must require that you:

  • are able to physically demonstrate CPR on the floor in a simulated emergency scenario
  • hold a current First Aid Level 1 or Level 2 or Refresher or equivalent certificate that is less than 2 years old

If your current certificate was issued more than two years ago or you need to earn NZQA units for the topics covered, we recommend our First Aid Level 1 course for a comprehensive training experience.

Please note, first aid courses are non-refundable. Click here for the full training terms & conditions.
