Important membership renewal details
- You can renew your membership 35 days before it expires.
- Your new membership will begin immediately after your current one ends.
- If you renew your membership after the expiry date, your membership will be renewed for 12 months from the date we receive payment.
If you would like to update your details (including your email address) or change your membership type, please email us or call 0800 STJOHN (0800 785 646), Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturday 7.30am - 12.30pm to complete your renewal.
Please note: the annual fees for a St John Ambulance Membership were increased on 1 October 2025. This adjustment was necessary to help meet the rising costs of delivering a safe and high-quality emergency ambulance service, which has experienced significant and sustained growth in demand over the last decade. Your membership still offers great value compared to a one-off call out fee of $125 for an emergency ambulance.
