- Ideal training for individuals looking to improve their overall health and explore how to feel good in every way – addressing the physical, spiritual, relational, mental, and overall life elements of our well-being.
- This course will help you integrate and reflect upon what is learnt into your daily experiences and actions.
- This e-learning course is recommended for those 14 years or above.

Te Whai Aroha: The Journey to Well-being, will teach you skills and knowledge to understand well-being and integrate well-being practices and concepts into your daily life, including how to involve whānau and friends.
In this 6-hour e-learning course, our in-depth modules and activities will allow you to explore well-being in six different areas:
- Understanding Well-being and What It Means to You
- Te Hinengaro – The Mind
- Te Tinana – The Body
- Te Wairua - The Spirit
- Te Whanaungatanga - Relationships
- Te Oranga - Living a Thriving Life.

After taking this e-learning course, you will:
- Recognise your own mental, emotional, and physical states
- Use resilience to navigate challenges and setbacks effectively
- Implement self-care practices by adopting healthy lifestyle habits, including nutrition, exercise and sleep hygiene
- Recognise healthy interpersonal relationships and communication skills, including relationships with self
- Set realistic and meaningful goals aligned with your values and aspirations
- Identify different cultural perspectives on well-being and mental health
- Demonstrate ownership of your well-being and advocate for yourself effectively.
We invite anyone 14 years or older to complete our Te Whai Aroha: The Journey to Well-being.
You do not need any prior training or experience to complete this course.
